The Jan 6th Issue

From what I can tell watching several news stations, the Jan 6th storming of the capital by Trump supporters was brought on by Trump. Several attempts by Trump to have the election results of various states thrown out, failed due to lack of any evidence of voter fraud. Trump then gave speeches that incited his supporters to take actions to keep him in office.
Trump won the 2016 election because very few Americans wanted Hillary Clinton as president. Don't get me wrong - Trump did many good things for America during his presidency such as strengthening our southern border, keeping rogue nations in check, and making trade deals that benefited America. The reason Trump lost the 2020 election was because of his personality (saying he can fondle any women because he's rich, having the Secret Service force people away from a church so he can pose with a bible in a church, etc).
As Americans, we need to stop voting for "The lesser of two evils" for president, and either
1. Make our democrat and republican parties put forth Good Americans* as presidential candidates, or
2. Vote for a presidential candidate not affiliated with the Republican or Democrat parties.
*My definition of a "Good American": A citizen that enters public office to serve their fellow Americans and puts America as their top priority.


It still amazes me that he won the title to become President of America. I am ashamed that we let him near important information. We were clued in on how he was many years ago but decided that he was the better candidate. I support your stance that we ought to vote independent. Choosing either side doesn't seem to be bringing this nation together, just dividing us into categories. For public officers, they seem to be doing themselves a lot of favors.
On a different note, do you think America should be run like a corporation? I don't believe that America is a business and it shouldn't be run as such. Think about HR and their role in protecting the…
