Protesting in our colleges?

We send our children/young adults off to college to learn. But instead of studying/learning, the news has been showing our children protesting events in the middle east. Americans believe in peaceful protesting, but many of the news reports show our children breaking the rules of these colleges and breaking our laws. This is not peaceful protesting. We also did not send our children off to college to harass other students, to get arrested, get hurt, or get expelled.

I noticed from the news reports that some of the people protesting on college campuses were not even attending those colleges. What were they doing on a college campus? Why are they permitted to access those campuses and encouraging our children to break rules and laws?

If you know someone in college, talk with them about their purpose in going to college. Talk with them about following the rules and laws. Help them understand that in the history of the world, no college campus protest has ever changed the world.
